Roleworks is decision support, not a verdict
Roleworks uses AI to turn a plain-English brief into a five-dimension read of a team. Every output is a model-generated suggestion to inform a human conversation — it is not an authoritative measurement of any person.
- Outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, or biased.
- Scores are relative, illustrative signals — not validated test results.
- You remain the decision-maker; Roleworks never decides for you.
Not a certified psychometric assessment
Roleworks is not a certified, validated or clinically-administered psychometric instrument. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any registered assessment.
- Not MBTI®, DISC®, Hogan®, or any Big-Five commercial assessment.
- Not a personality, IQ, mental-health or clinical diagnostic tool.
- No part of Roleworks should be presented to others as a certified test result.
Not a basis for employment decisions
Roleworks reports must not be used as the sole or primary basis for any employment decision. They are one input among many — alongside interviews, references, work samples and professional judgement.
- Do not use Roleworks to hire, reject, fire, promote or demote on its own.
- Do not use outputs to make decisions based on protected characteristics.
- For consequential people decisions, consult a licensed HR professional or psychologist.
