  • You can cancel anytime in your account settings and keep access until the end of the current period.
  • Your card or bank statement will show the descriptor “ROLEWORKS MATCH”.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe, and where applicable a merchant of record) who may appear on your statement and receipts.
  • Monthly report allowances do not roll over. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. Roleworks outputs are suggestions, not guarantees.

Responsibilities
  • No warranty of accuracy, validity, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
  • We are not liable for decisions made using Roleworks outputs.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Responsibilities
  • Governing law: New Zealand.
  • Mandatory consumer protections in your own country still apply where required.
  • If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product before they take effect. Questions: support@roleworksnz.com.
