Refund Policy

Roleworks is a flat, cancel-anytime subscription. This policy explains exactly what happens when you cancel.

Role · The Cancel Switch

Cancel anytime, keep the period

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no phone call or email required. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not cut off access immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Cancel online in Account → Billing, or via the secure customer portal linked from any payment receipt.
  • You keep full access until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • After that date, the plan does not renew and no further charges are made.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What is and isn't refunded

Because Roleworks is a pure subscription rather than a pay-per-report product, refunds are limited.

Responsibilities
  • Unused monthly report allowance is not refundable and does not roll over.
  • Partial-period (pro-rata) refunds are not provided for mid-period cancellation.
  • Renewal charges are not automatically refunded once a new period has started.

When we will help

We aim to be fair. If something genuinely went wrong, get in touch and we'll make it right where reasonable.

Responsibilities
  • Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded.
  • If the service was unavailable due to our fault, contact us about a credit.
  • Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country always apply.
