Is this a certified personality test?
No. Roleworks is a decision-support tool, not a certified psychometric assessment. It is not affiliated with MBTI, DISC, Hogan or any Big-Five commercial test, and results must not be the sole basis for hiring, firing or promotion.
What currency are you billed in?
USD only, worldwide. Your statement will show ROLEWORKS MATCH.
Are there credits or usage fees?
No. Every plan is a flat subscription with a monthly allowance of reports. No metered usage, no surprise charges.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly report allowance does not roll over and is not refundable.
Do you store candidate data?
Only what you provide, to generate your report. You must have authorisation to upload information about other people. See our Privacy and Acceptable Use policies.
